Rule & Regulation

All the students of AKBARI BEGUM LAW COLLEGE should maintain the glory of the institution. For building up a new Natien, Discipline and good character are needed and is possible only when every citirea is dynamic, Bras and has the attitude of serving the Nation. Indisciplined students shall be rusticated from the college and a fine can also be imposed for less punishable actions by the student, If any student has any complaint, beshe must inform at the office. Well disciplined Students will be rewarded every year by the College.

To maintain discipline in the institute, the disciplinary Committee has been constituted. The Principal, proctor and professors are the members of this committee, who keep an eye on the activities of the students. So students must not involve in any such activity which will break the discipline of the institute and the committee is compelled to take action against students.

Students will have to come to the college in prescribed uniform.
Boys - Bayy-White Shirt, Black trouser and Black Tie
Grils -White kurta, Black shalwar, Black dupatta/White Skirt, Black Trouser with Black Tie.

There is a Vehicle Stand earmarked specifically within the college campus, Students will have to park their Vehicles at proper vehicle stand only, otherwise a fine of Rs. 15 will be imposed.

-There should be compulsory attendance of 75% of College working days of the academic session; otherwise the student shall be restricted from the exam.
-Smoking, Drinking alcohal, having drugs and use of any type of weapons are strictly prohibited in the institute.
-No student will remain absent without written application duly approved by the principal/HoD
-The College does not accept the responsibility for loss of books, money, mobile other personal items of students.
-The principal/HoD Reserves the right to take any disciplinary action ranging from warning to expulsion from the institute.
-Every student is urged to contribute to the Value and Standards of the institute by his/her conduct,discipline and behavior.
-It is presumed that at the time of submission of the admission form, all the rules, regulation and conditions are read and accepted by the students and his/her parents/guardians
