Grievance Redressal Cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell of Akbari Begum Law College, Lucknow was formally constituted to address and resolve the grievances of students in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The committee comprises the Principal, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and class coordinators who work collectively to maintain a healthy academic environment.

The Cell addresses grievances at both individual and institutional levels and ensures that students’ concerns are heard with impartiality and confidentiality. The objective of the committee is to promote a harmonious educational atmosphere and safeguard the rights and welfare of students.

All complaints and representations submitted by students or parents are carefully examined by the Grievance Redressal Cell and the college management. Every effort is made to resolve grievances within 7 working days from the date of receipt. The resolutions and actions taken are properly documented and maintained for institutional records.

The Cell continuously strives to create a supportive, respectful, and student-friendly campus environment conducive to academic excellence and personal growth.
